Listen To Your Body Moonee Ponds is a personal training studio that provides sessions within a small group setting. Each session, every member receives individualised instruction and guidance (no group circuits!) so we may have people with different levels of fitness and with a range of goals training alongside. The result is a service that is affordable and much more social comparative to traditional personal training. Member’s programs are also designed to incorporate ways that they can achieve a balanced, more active lifestyle outside of the studio. Our goal is to make a positive impact on people’s lives through consistent training, greater health awareness and achievement of a balanced lifestyle.
